Global collaborators / Careers

Build the uncommon

We form small teams with exceptional designers, engineers and portfolio mentors around the world. Together we take concepts, prototypes, products and teaching engagements through to real outcomes.

01 / HOW WE WORK

Small teams built around real projects

01

Built around the project

We form small teams around the problem, stage and intended outcome. Designers and engineers work at the same table from day one.

02

Reward follows contribution

We agree the project fee before work begins, with milestone or project bonuses based on responsibility, contribution and delivery outcomes.

03

Global remote, Shanghai optional

Project collaboration is remote by default. Shanghai-based collaborators can also join studio sessions, prototyping and hybrid work in person.
